Refunds and Exchanges

We do not provide refunds for a change of mind. Products may be returned for an exchange or store credit note. This policy is available for 7 days from when your receive your item. If outside this time, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund, exchange or credit note. Your product must be returned to us, unused, in its original condition and original packaging. 

In the event that upon receiving your product(s) they are faulty and/or damaged, please contact us on contact page to organize a replacement or refund. If your return is accepted, we will send you a replacement product of the exact item as originally ordered, or we will provide a full refund. 

Because of the above, it is important that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as noted above so we can assess the issue and make it right.
